"NEXT 1"
The style "NEXT 1" for less pictures
The original style was created for 10 pictures, and has a duration of 16 seconds. If you want to use less pictures, you should delete the last extra layers. But, this will leave you with a blank screen at the end of your slide. Therefore, you need to shorten your slide.
Here is how to change the style "Next 1" to suit 7 pictures.
After deleting the last 3 layers, my last layer is "Landscape Image 7" in Layer 7.
This layer has 17 keyframes: Keyframe 16 is at 13 sec, and keyframe 17 is at 19 sec, after a transition of 1 sec.
Select your last layer (Image 7). Put your mouse on keyframe 16 and RIGHT CLICK.
This will bring up a pop up menu. Choose Add/Remove Time from Keyframe.
In the next pop up menu, in Time, write -5 (minus five). This is a negative value, telling Producer to reduce the time.
Click OK
Your slide is now shorter by 5 seconds, having a total time of 12 seconds, with a 1 sec transition before and after the slide. If you wish to maintain the original time of this slide, change the duration of the slide from 12 to 16 (but I don't think that's necessary)
And, remember !
Whenever you can't find something in Producer, it's probably some RIGHT CLICK MENU.
If you wish to use this slide again, you should save it as a new style, with a name that has meaning for you.
