The Grid (Built-In)

This tutorial was written originally  in Producer 5, so the menus may look a bit different than in the newer versions. But the instructions are still the same.

This is one of the more complex styles that comes with ProShow Producer.
If you'd like your grid to remain on screen at the end of the slide, and not to disappear when the additional image is inserted, and covers the whole screen, here is what you need to do.

1. Delete layer 25 (Landscape Image 11)

2. In layer 5 (Grid border), RIGHT CLICK on keyframe 4 and from the menu that opens choose "DELETE".

 3. Drag keyframe 3 (which is now your last one), to the right, until it reaches the end of the bar

4. In Layer 6 (that is a black rectangular mask). Go to keyframe 4, and in Effects/Adjustments, change the opacity from 0 to 100.
Since you want this change to apply to all the masks in your slide, do this:
RIGHT CLICK on the number 100 that you just wrote, and from the menu that opens, choose: "Copy Opacity to All Keyframes on This Slide"

That's it!
Now, when you play your slide, the grid will show up until the end of the slide.

Notice that your images ,inside of the grid, have a bit of motion. Some images zoom in, and some images zoom out. This is the beauty of this style.
If you want your images not to zoom at all, and be static throughout your slide, you will have to modify the zoom values.
In EACH layer that is one of your images, select keyframe 1. RIGHT CLICK on this keyframe, and from the menu that opens, choose 'Copy to Next Keyframe". You can also reach this menu if you press on the icon"COPY" at the bottom of your screen.
Don't make any changes in layer 24 (Landscape Image 10) because that's the 1st image that appears at the beginning of your slide, before the grid.
